Welcome! We are always excited to find retailers and event coordinators/designers who are as passionate about one-of-a-kind artisan made goods as we are! There are many reasons you may want to consider partnering with Amy Kae Atelier.
Be able to offer your customers and clients high quality, truly handmade jewelry and home and event decor that is fully made in the USA.
Staff education and detailed artist bio/information cards about our studio and techniques to be able to confidently represent Amy Kae Atelier and relate the difference in our products to your customers and clients.
Access to the full Amy Kae Atelier wholesale jewelry line, including wholesale only designs and the ability to order ready to ship items from the retail section of our website at wholesale prices.
Opportunities to host in-store trunk shows with designer and artist Amy Boyer. These often feature one-of-a-kind items that normally aren't available for wholesale.
Ability to customize existing lines to perfectly complement your store and your brand.
If you are interested in carrying Amy Kae Atelier in your boutique, please sign up for a wholesale account. To be approved you must also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: Store name, resale tax ID number and state of issue (for locations within the United States), store location, website, buyer contact info, list of brands, years in business and any tradeshows you regularly attend. Please use the words “Wholesale Inquiry” in the subject line. We will process your request as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days, and, once approved, you will receive login information that will allow you to access our online Wholesale Catalog where you may place orders at your convenience. If you would prefer that wholesale line sheets be emailed to you, please specify that when contacting us.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive wholesale trade pricing, plus the cost of shipping. Due to the nature of the materials we work with, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
The recommended retail price of our products (the “RRP”) is the minimum price for which you are permitted to sell our products without our express prior permission in writing. You may sell our products for a price in excess of the RRP, but you are not permitted in any circumstances to sell any products for less than the RRP without our express prior written permission.
A minimum order of $400 is required for opening orders, plus shipping. Initial orders must be paid in full with credit card or PayPal before you will be put on the production schedule. Should there be additional shipping charges for any reason, we will send a digital invoice for the additional charges that must be paid before shipment.
Custom designs, whether for jewelry, home and/or events, are available with pricing dependent on the scope of the project. Please contact email@example.com to inquire.
REORDERS & READY-TO-SHIP:
There is a minimum re-order amount of $200 plus shipping, with 50% due upon order and the remainder due before the order will be shipped.
Wholesale customers also have access to ready to ship items listed in the retail section of our website at wholesale prices (separate minimum order requirements). These items allow you to quickly add to your display with products that offer immediate shipment and quick delivery.
Opening order must be paid in full by credit card or PayPal.
Reorders must be paid in full before shipment (50% at time of order and 50% when ready to ship)
Payment at time of shipment or net payment terms may be available after your credit card has been verified and your account established.
FABRICATION & LEAD TIME:
Each item that leaves Amy Kae Atelier is designed and handcrafted almost exclusively by metalsmith and electroform artist Amy Boyer. Once your order is received it will be reviewed and you will be contacted to confirm the details and be given an estimated ship date. We do everything we can to provide you with an accurate estimate.The usual lead time for wholesale orders is 2-4 weeks, with larger orders sometimes taking longer to fulfill. Orders placed during busy seasons are also likely to have longer lead times. Due to the nature of our one-of-a-kind, artisan made production process, lead times may also change unexpectedly. While unlikely to happen, we would communicate any changes to you promptly.
We may also, at times, have items in stock that can ship very quickly or we may be able to rush your order if the production schedule allows. Rush orders may require an additional processing fee.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority shipping from Park Ridge or Chicago, Illinois. Expedited shipping methods and other carriers may be used at retailer's expense. International orders are subject to various customs restrictions and may have different shipping requirements. Retailer is responsible for all shipping, duty fees and taxes that may occur.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact email@example.com within five days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Note that this says, "within five days of receipt" NOT "within five days of opening". This means that if you receive your order, but do not open it for six days and it is damaged, you will not be able to return it. Please keep all packaging, including packaging materials, even if damaged, while we process your return. Returned merchandise will be repaired or replaced with new merchandise if unable to be repaired. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt or if returned without contacting us to report damage or defects as outlined above. Retailer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Your wholesale order is made for your boutique once it is ordered, therefore merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
All orders come with Amy Kae Atelier packaging and hand-stamped muslin bags and/or boxes suitable for gift giving. Care and information cards for specific designs will also be included as needed.
Due to the handmade nature of our fabrication process and the natural materials we use in our designs, no two items will ever be exactly the same. The items shown in our catalog are a close representation of the finished items you will receive.
Approval is required to become an Amy Kae Atelier retailer. This allows us to evaluate many factors that go into determining exclusivity and proximity. While we are sensitive to and try to be aware of each retailer's territory, we can not guarantee exclusivity.
Retailers are not permitted, under any circumstance, to display and/or sell our designs, whether on their premises or elsewhere, without the packaging/labeling provided and/or to represent themselves or any other entity as the creator and/or designer of our products, in whole or in part.
It is illegal to provide misleading, false or fraudulent information to establish a wholesale relationship and receive discounted prices for anything other than resale purposes.
