Green Kyanite is a soothing and peaceful heart chakra stone that is associated with Taurus, Libra and Aries. It is tranquil and calming, while at the same time stimulating communication and psychic awareness. Green kyanite stimulates and aligns all chakras, but is especially helpful in opening and clearing the heart chakra. This may enable you to process feelings and release difficult emotions that you have held in your body for years. Releasing these stuck emotions also helps to relieve mental confusion that is a direct result of residue left by past experiences that were not able to be processed properly.
