I created this one of a kind necklace to mark the Full Moon in Scorpio, also known as the flower moon, happening on May 5, 2023.
Electroformed flowers and ferns have been combined with a round rainbow moonstone cabochon, a tiny pink amethyst point, two tiny clear quartz points, a small clear quartz druzy “crystal ball” and a chunky raw emerald. I hand stamped the phrase “live by the moon” along with the date the full moon will be exact (5.5.23) in sterling silver and hid it on the back.
My intention is that this necklace embodies the feeling of wonder and hope that accompanies the emerging flowers seen blooming all over at this time of year. Mirroring the natural world in springtime, everywhere you look on this necklace you’ll find new details you may not have seen initially.

This very special necklace has been electroformed in pure copper and hand aged to a beautiful patina. She is paired with a chunky aged copper curb chain finished with a toggle clasp that I crafted featuring an electroformed clear quartz point.
Rainbow moonstone is the most powerful of the moonstones. It aligns and activates all the chakras, but is most strongly associated with the crown chakra. It is said to embody the feminine and goddess energies of the waxing and full moons bringing the wearer vitality, life force and joy. It is also emotionally balancing, bringing strength, optimism and self-appreciation.
Known as the “Stone of Successful Love,” Emerald opens and nurtures the heart and the Heart Chakra. Its soothing energy provides healing to all levels of the being, refreshing the spirit and inviting in vitality. A stone of inspiration and infinite patience, it embodies unity, compassion and unconditional love. Emerald promotes friendship, balance between partners, and is particularly helpful in providing bliss, contentment and loyalty in the home. It was dedicated in the ancient world to the goddess Venus for its ability to insure security in love.
Pink amethyst is a softly colored variety of amethyst that has a very gentle and loving energy. Don't mistake it's soft energy for weakness, though. It is believed to ease anxiety and fear and have a calming affect on the mind and body, which can help you become more decisive and direct in matters that are most important to you.
Clear quartz is a powerful healing crystal and enhances the properties of minerals that it is paired with. It also can be charged with intention and worn throughout the day to help you bring this intention into your daily life. It is also a very good stone for meditation.
