This electroformed labradorite necklace is made with a very high quality, extra large teardrop shaped labradorite cabochon and copper that has hand aged to a beautiful patina. It comes on a 16" aged copper rolo chain with a 2" extender chain, so that it works with any outfit you wear and layers perfectly with other necklaces. The chain can also be upgraded to a jade accented rosary style chain. See the last picture for details. If you would prefer a different length chain, there is no additional charge for that. Please just include a note at checkout or reply to your order confirmation email as soon as you receive it with your length preference.

A beautiful Inuit legend tells of how the northern lights were once trapped inside the stones along the coast of Labrador. An Inuit warrior found them and freed the lights from these magnificent stones. Some light remained trapped, however, and is found in the beautiful labradorite that is so prized for its brilliant flashes of color.
