These are raw emeralds and have imperfections, which I love! I choose the minerals I work with based on, not just their beauty, but also the energy that I feel from them. I am often drawn to imperfect specimens and I love how the electroforming process takes these imperfections and turns them into something beautiful. I see it as metaphor for life...and they remind me to choose to see the beauty in everything.

It is considered by many to be the stone of prophecy. For some the emerald acts as a relaxing tranquilizer for a troubled mind.
