Do every feel like you have a hard time staying calm and focused throughout your days? This definitely happens to me and I've even noticed it happening more and more as old patterns and beliefs drop away. I have less stuff clogging the pipeline, so to speak, and inspiration flows more freely and abundantly than I've ever experienced. This is great, but it is challenging at times, too.
When I feel overwhelmed by all of the inspiration coming through or all the tasks to be done and I don't know where to start it helps to stop and remember that I can only do one thing at a time. Then I consciously drop into my heart and feel into the nurturing and supportive presence that is always there.
This simple grid came to me during one of these deliberate pauses. I have always found amethyst to be very soothing and calming and have more recently been drawn to the focusing energy of fluorite.
This kit includes one mini fluorite tower, 12 small amethyst chunks and four small raw clear quartz points. Being drawn to fluorite may be a sign that it’s time to begin or continue the work of facing and letting go of negative patterns that no longer serve your highest good. It balances the third eye chakra which helps you connect with higher consciousness and receive guidance. Fluorite is very cleansing and believed to help organize a cluttered mind and calm scattered thinking and is a very helpful crystal to keep in your work space.
Amethyst is a very powerful healing and sobriety stone mainly associated with the crown and third eye chakras. It promotes healing emotional wounds, enhances intuition and brings peace to the wearer. Amethyst also has a gently sedative energy that can promote peacefulness, happiness, and contentment. It is also said to bring emotional stability and inner strength.
Clear Quartz points have been used as powerful healers and energy amplifiers for centuries. They raise and focus the energy of their surroundings, the intentions of the person using them and stones they are paired with.

My thoughts about these crystal grid kits:
It has been my experience, by going through my own deep inner work, and in walking next to others as they go through theirs, that we inherently have everything we need inside of us at all times. We've just lost that connection or never had the chance to develop it in the first place.
My intention with these grid kits is to share my meditative practice of playing with crystals. I, like so many, have a very busy mind and tend to have a hard time quieting myself in order to go within and connect to the presence that is always there. In other words, I have a really hard time meditating most of the time! I found that when I sort through my crystals or arrange them into grids, I naturally fall into a quiet meditative state where I am able to rest in a place of peace and acceptance of what is presenting itself to me in the here and now. This practice also allows me to hear those little intuitive nudges and the inner wisdom that I so often missed throughout my busy days.
Crystals can be powerful supports to finding, connecting with and developing these characteristics within ourselves, but I do not think that they are going to come in and "do for you what you can do for yourself." Different minerals and crystals definitely have different energies and they have become associated with various properties over the years. For this reason, I include many traditional meanings and have created grid kits that are associated with these properties, but this comes with firm advice to never let these meanings override what you are feeling yourself.
It may take a while to feel or hear anything from them. That's okay! You may feel like you need to use the prescribed meanings as sort of "training wheels" until you develop trust in your intuition enough to hear what it is telling you. However you use them is perfect! There are no rules here! Just you, your childlike openness and some pretty rocks!
The beauty of the way I encourage people to use crystals is that it's all about playing and immersing yourself in what it is HERE and NOW. You have the strength and the answers inside of you. No one and nothing outside can give them to you. They can just encourage and support you in whatever way you need it at the time. This practice is all about transferring your focus from Fear to Love. It's about allowing yourself to practice resting in that Love so that it can become more of an everyday state that you reside in.
